Playing with macro in the garden. I quite like the metallic look of it, I havent modified it quite at all in postproduction, it's all thanks to the WB. Comments welcome

I might have trimmed that little intrusion at the top.
Such plant forms are attractive to the photographer and indeed I took similar over the winter covered in frost. Being almost monochrome aB&W conversion can be just as effective if not better.

I like it too, - it would look good as a print.

I might be tempted to darken the top, - or use a vignette as in my mod to add to the sense of this being something one might discover in a jungle for example. Ive sharpened it a little more also, and increased saturation slightly.

I also notice your image size and file size are quite a bit smaller than is allowed. And in fact when I checked through your portfolio to see if this one was an error, I notice that all of your uploads are too small.

Next time take a close look at the uploading guidelines, - you will be able to load larger images with better detail using a larger file size. You can load a 100Kb file size, and an image size of 600X600 pixels.

Hope this is helpful,

Regards
