Very effective use of shutter speed to give a sense of movement/action

Loads of action, if a little too flat in illumination, contrast and colour. I would have to agree about the scarf, but also add the ball as a point of interest. A click for the action in the shot.

Reminds me of the work or Ernst Haas, who produced similar shots or Rodeo and Bullfighting in the early to mid 20th century. Excellent movement, Ian.
