Re-visiting a shot I posted up a couple of weeks back. On re-investigating it I found some sky (on Skye... sorry), so re-jigged it and took onboard some of the advice recieved on the first version so here it is!

The sky is much better, but I think the first image had better saturation in the rest of the shot. Now if you could combine the two!
Still gets a well deserved click.

I love the softly textured but crystal clear detail you've captured on the distant slopes, Rob. I would have been tempted to move a little to the left to ensure the foreground rock didn't overlap the water, but that's a mere niggle.

The composition is good, and the perspective gained from the mistiness in the distance id great. Dont recall the original you refer to, but this is great.
