Fishing The River

By robsherrattdesign
This image captures a set of boats on the banks of the River Tweed. I didn't want to capture the full boat so I chose to take a picture of the noses of the boats as they were staggered. I got down low to capture at the height of the boats to include the pebbles and also the surrounding landscape and river to set the scene. I chose to do a tight crop so then the attention didn't get distracted away from the subject by the surrounding landscape.

I think it was a nice shot to show the old means of fishing by an old rowing boat is still in use in the modern day for catching Salmon and Trout on the River Tweed.
