As the Studio was set up thought it would be a good idea to try some new skills on my own Dog Smile.
There were treats in it for him hence the pose.
I used a black background, one light at the back left with a snoot to minimise light pollution on the background and to direct the light on the back of my Dog to make sure he was picked out of the image, and a soft box for the front.

Lovely image Ian. Reminds me so much of my Irish Setter Heidi, although i dont think she would have sat still long enough for me to take a photo! It broke my heart when we had to have her put to sleep Sad We have a Border Collie now, so much easier to train and control! He will sit for hours if you hold a tennis ball in front of him.

I was not sure weather to leave the choker or not as he is my pet and part of the family, one of those what do you do situations Tongue.
