Early birds...

By rogerfry
Birds in the early morning light.......all of these were taken in the first couple of hours after leaving camp at 6.00 on our first morning drive....a great way to start the day!

V1 and V2 are carmine bee-eaters, V3 is a hammerkopf, and V4 is a lilac-breasted roller. -(or they will be, when I can get the upload button to work!)

Many thanks for the votes and comments on yesterday's elephants...much appreciated.
