Some of you may have seen an image Another Storm (V4) recently put up by Nick (Nikshot) which was of me perched in some rocks taking shots of the pounding sea at Levant. This was what had captured my attention. The sea was boiling - that is the best way I can describe it and almost had a whirlpool just below where I was perched high up above it.

What a birthday - 10 awards and a Guest Editor Award too on My 'Preference'. A wonderful photography day too although I did not get to use my new lens, but another day!.

Thank you to Andrew, Patti, Graham, Lin, Trev, Diane, Ronnie, Ken, Lillian, Kate and also to Fred. You really made my birthday very specialSmile

Best wishes

A wonderfully layered composition Carol. I can almost feel the sea breeze and taste the salt in the air.
