state of being (v)

By rosie42
Despite the passing of millennia, Bruny Island seems largely unchanged - inert, silent, peaceful.

Yet this picture-postcard landscape is steadily being transformed as nature quietly reclaims things manmade. Metal corrodes, paint peels, timber weathers, as the environment is gradually restored to its natural state of being...

Bruny Island, Tasmania - the fifth in a series...

Interestingly weathered. Good composition.

Thank you for stopping by Roger, Paul, Chris and John...

Hey Kin - good to hear from you! Yep, all is well... I'm studying full-time at University these days, one of those obsessive mature-age student types who finds time for little else, thus the very infrequent uploads of late. Completed my final exam for the year yesterday though, so hope to be posting again very soon! Watch this space... Wink Hope this finds you well and cheery!
