Another snap of the Alfama district of Lisbon. I love how even the dingiest back-streets have tremendous, proud names, like Travessa do Chafariz de El-Rei, which I think means The King's Fountain Passage. There's a small plaque indicating that the fountain dates to 1783 if you look very carefully.
