Fascinating subject. I understand that the stilts will compensate if the water rises...
Must be a special person to own this special building... Colour for me... Isabel GrinGrinGrinGrin

This is a wonderful location and all your pictures from here have so much character.
I like the black & white one here. Itís a splendid conversion and the detail leaps off the screen.

The mono for me too. In case of flooding? Cement mixing business? I might be wary of the vibrations if they were all running...

Would be very interesting to meet some of the people who live here. An interesting way to live and they are quite creative, using old boats and boat misc. to decorate their home. Great image Ron. I like both very much.

He does have a number of meters, one must work as means of escape back to the real world on a rainy day! LOL

Both versions work very well!

No need to be ideal. This is pure magic and deserves those awards. TG

Dark and brooding in mono Ron- but I quite like it . Looks like something from the Robert Altman movie Popeye which starred Robin Williams in it . Great shot

Notice the TV antenna. Clever person living in this ' free ' zone. No one should pay for costly TV cable in or near big Cities. In this case Richmond / Vancouver. There are usually many free digital TV signals available. Diamond sharp 'Uncompressed ' Tv signals. Unlike cable drivel. TG

So much to look at, an extremely innovative person lives here, and probably loves it too.
