Firstly a big thanks to Geoff, (Nikontuk) for his suggestion to go to Stover Park, just outside Newton Abbot, Devon. This was a super place to see all sorts of very photographable flora and fauna.
We went for a family day that meant that we had a great time, but all the damsels and dragon flies were very warm and very active. I took loads of shots, but few were good enough for uploading, and non were really stunning. I plan to go back earlier in the morning, with my tripod, and try to get some shots as these guys are warming up.
Still this guy is at least all in focus, head to tail, and reasonably sharp, so I'm happy with that, and V2 is just because I managed to capture at least one of these, I'd never even really watched them before. It's not good enough for it's own upload, too much of a crop and a bit of grass across it, but I do still like it.
Many thanks for all the comments and support, they are all appreciated.
