Nice grungy look,I'm not sure that the door on the left adds much though.

I agree about the door, but I like the overall feel of the shot.

I disagree with the door comments - I feel it adds balance with the red in the station sign. Nice one.

I like the door too, and the grille above it. I think the regularity and pattern contrasts well with the distressed look of the rest of the image.

Plenty to commend this image, all the bold reds and composition. Nothing you could have done about the white trainers. Well observed. Ron.

Nice toning and contrast, great for this kind of image.

Might be just an illusion, but it looks like it's sloping down to the left. Only a pixel or two at that.

I'd love to see this panoramically cropped, losing a lot of the top of the pic.

After writing this, I did those two things in CS2 with your image.

The reason the pic looks slanted is because the station sign, which you've probably used as a horizontal reference, isn't quite horizontal. I used the area where the wall and door meet the platform.

The panoramic crop does suit the composition well. As does your original crop. It's always nice to know there is more than one way to present a good image.
Thanks for your comments every one all very usefull

Flaggy thankyou for your thoughts I will experiment and try different crops

It's a lovely shot, I would only slice a tiny bit off the left hand side to just get rid of the doorframe.
