Absolutely beautiful. Im not certain that you clicked critique in error!
On my screen, - I set black to 8 and white to 248 to get a slight bump in sparkle; very very slightly sharpened only that water drop ridge; and applied a noise reduction to everything else.
Minor details, - it looks great as it is

Like Willie, I suspect that you may have ticked the critique box by mistake. This is stunning - dark, mysterious, suggestive.
But seeing as how you did tick... I've uploaded a very similar modification to Willie's, mainly worked with the dodge tool set at a very low exposure. I wanted a bit more brightness on the water droplets but also on that very attractive bokeh a little bit behind them.

I would have come in rather tighter. Some off both sides top concentrate on the droplets, remove the very bright very out of focus drop at the bottom by cloning, then a slight sharpen. I assume tripod, so why ISO800? Not my choice for macro - 100 if possible for best quality.
The lighting is very good as above but my approach would be a bit different.

For me, ALL images posted in whatever gallery are open for critique - surely? If you don't want comment, good or otherwise - why show them? whenever I look at the general gallery, I am of the opinion that 60 or 70% of images could be aided by sensible comment as there is always something to say.
i learnt in my first camera club competition in the mid-60's that I wasn't as good as I thought I was when a very experienced and straight talking judge told me so! I could have left the club, but instead I started to look at other peoples work and learn.
All comment is opinion.
