I'm a fan of mono photography which stems back from my old days with film, so when I shot Amy in the studio I did so with the image being mono and lit accordingly. I'm very pleased with how this turned out and feel I got the tonality right in the shot. Again, any C&C gratefully received so comment away Smile

An extremely evocative, and well crafted photograph. This image is certainly well suited to this rather stunning monochromatic conversion.

Perfect choice for a mono edit, full of textures from the floor to the background and all that's inbetween, skin and hair that all work well together
being perfectly lit. Also the semi-dramatic lighting on the face works very well for mood. I give it a 9 and if the boot was not cropped off it would be a 10.

I know Paul. That boot came back to haunt me LOL. I tried to get everything right, took the shot and get home and find the last inch of the boot was clipped. Ahhh well...Amy is going to have to pose for a new version.

Thanks Ryan. Smile
