Yep this is the same as yesterdays post, it really never cut the mustard so I decided to completely rework it, maybe one of the issues was as pointed out by Derek that it looked as thought it was suffering from halos around the building tops but it was actually just the cloud formation, given that I have done some cloning work to address that!
Enough waffle, have a gander and see what you think!

I agree Ed, the halo in the previous one was a touch distracting. This is much better.
