Hot breezy, the hay dried quick and is now baled. This is the farm next door to my daughters place.
Felicitaciones, es una fotografía perfecta.
V1 is my favorite. I really like your comp. and especially the great details with rich B&W tonalities.
like the colour version best .
regards tony .
nice to see both versions--- they work well, each for different reasons--- the conversion is very well done (re: as walter said)
Love the B&W version! One can get better details of the sowing. I can only imagine the wonderful smells of the freshly cut hay. I went many times with a friend to buy hay for his horses when I lived in Montana. Love this picture...Thanks for posting it!
V1 for me! Lovely sky and it looks magical in mono!
Two great images Sandy - really well taken - I will go with colour again
Wonderful scene with a great lead in. I like the colour version best though it looks a little over saturated to me.
Colour for me, Sandy, shows the beautiful sunlight tipping the trees. Carol
The colours don't look quite right to me but the mono is superb, Sandy. The house is well placed on the thirds with lines leading towards it, and lots of detail and lovely light.
Two cracking versions..super comp with those barns.....just V1 for me
Mono is perfection in my humble eyes.
Never seen a scene quite like this before
A great scene!
2 beautiful images and can't decide which I like best.
half a vote each sandy love them both two stunners nice ones
V1 a slight favourite for me Sandy, like the compositions,
Version 1 for me, love the mono tones Sandy.
V2 for me Sandy.
Mono stands out so well with great details and rich B&W tones and textures
Certainly mono for me, Sandy. It's SUPERB!
Has to be V1 for me for the range in contrasting textures with no colour distraction.
An extremely competent composition Sandy, one which for me takes all the right boxes, and contains all the right photographic ingredients. Both images work extremely well, however I am drawn slightly towards the monochrome, both clarity and quality in depth.
Excellent composition. Works well in mono
Great images.. got go for the B/W (I always do) its an impact thing
Colour for me Sandy.
Not a lover of B&W Sandy but have to say V1 for me on this occasion
Both are stunning!!!
I would have to say I prefer the colour one...but only by a hair. The BW is really something.
Sandy this is so beautifully processed
A lovely scene, Sandy, and though I tend to prefer colour, the mono version has to be the winner for me here - lovely quality, and really shows off that dramatic sky
Lovely composition and excellent processing Sandy. Impressive sky too.
I love both version Sandy they are stunning and such a wonderful composition.
This is a cracker Sandy, both colour and mono versions, love the clarity and well composed
A cracking scene that looks good in colour and stunning in mono. Very well composed and captured, Sandy.
Both stunning Sandy..Lin
I like both for different reasons. I prefer the sky in the mono version, but feel there is a greater sense of depth in the colour version.
The same picture, but they are so different. The colour version speaks to me.
The mono works for me - amazing tones and textures.
With that strong sky there are almost too many colours in the colour version.
V1 is the best, well done
In the mono the sky looks like a red filter was used for contrast. The bailing of hay is going on here too. In the field next to where I stalk the elusive butterfly. I like the mono. TG
I much prefer the mono version here Sandy - good tones and a fine composition. A
Mono for me. Lovely image.
