Aerial acrobatics

By saltireblue
I wish: a) I was 30 years younger, and b) I possessed the spherical objects these youngsters own. I cannot begin to understand how they do this on skies. But there again, I always landed on my head on a trampoline, so I am pretty useless at this sort of thing. When I go skiing, I like to keep the skies in contact with the snow! Why hang upside-down doing an impression of a helicopter?
I'm just an old fogey, I guess.Sad
Anyway, the last of these from last weekend on the piste. No collision occurred this time, thankfully.
Thanks for looking and thanks for bothering.Smile

Simply amazing action captured, and against the clear blue sky, with bits of snow flying up into the air....wow!
This one's my favourite.

Yet another brilliant image Malc - I go one further than you and like to keep my feet on the ground without any skis in between GrinGrinGrin - but then I am an old fogey AND a coward

The acrobatic skill of some youngsters is very impressive - my cousin's son used to dot this daredevil kind of stuff till he had a major fall last year - wrecked his hip and will walk with a limp for the rest of his life. We never thought of consequences either when we were young.

one of the best ski shots I have ever seen. I can imagine that Norwegian Scots get tempted here Smile
Although all my ancestors come from cold places, I prefer 30+ myself, spent too much time in the outback I think.
