An audacious photograph, Malc. Well done for leaning over that far. Good use of an unusual pov as well as a fine b&w rendition.
Audacious, too, in that I don't remember it being taken Smile

Darn it ... why didn't I think of this? (I think the brain cell was in for repair that day ... BlushBlushBlush)
Cracking shot Malcolm; I like the structural quality of the image and the point of view, along with the reflections, works a treat. I'll make a point of leaning over that balcony when I'm next at Crich. (Fear not, Matron will ensure that I'm attached by a bungee cord to something immovable!) SmileSmileSmile

I guess swinging from a chandelier isn't the best way to take a picture, Malc but this works extremely well. Clever stuff indeed.

A different viewpoint Malc, which did send these old eyes a little bozwonk at first.
Well done for leaning over that far !!

An interesting image showing great imagination in seeing a photograph from a fairly mundane setting. Great mono tones and framing.

Makes me wonder about the thoughts of the two men with their different poses.

A great viewpoint, Malc, a good way of taking candids without getting spotted! 👍

It took me a moment to realise we were looking down - my first thought was of a miniature mannequin on a mantelpiece. A very effective different pov.

Incontrovertible proof that Fuji zooms don't suffer from lens creep.
Your b&ws are always a treat, Malc. Alfred likes them too.

I voted for this earlier while viewing on my phone and couldn't see the detail properly.
The textures, the wear and tear, the marks of life, are so, so good.
