Rachels flower.

By Sampics
I have no idea what this flower is called, so if someone could tell me please, ive never actually seen them before either.
My sister moved into her new house this week and i found this flower staring pretty at me in her back garden today.
I think i've caught it at the wrong time of year though as the petals are looking rather dull..
Any comments most appreciated as always,
Sam.

It's a Passion Flower or Passiflora, they come is white too and can have inedible fruits in the autumn. Very well captured, hope your sister enjoys the flowers.

Very nicely detailed shot with good colour. Check out Anjantoo's pf as she has another Passionflower at present, taken from a different angle.

A great shot of a beautiful flower. I have had these in the past, and am trying to grow another one now! It is a climbing plant, which is surprisingly easy to grow (says she with really poor soil Sad ). A lovely picture.

Nice flower Sam, but I hate to say this, but it ain't sharp mate. It's quite soft right across the flower, and I'm struggling to see what the focus point actually is.
