Hello and Namaste........

Street capture of a hindu sadhu at the Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu Nepal. Sitting outside his small stupa, he was totally naked except for the grey ashes covering his entire body and face (ashes reputedly from the cremated dead bodies at the temple complex), paintwork designs and a cotton string across his chest.
p.s. I had to crop the image to upload otherwise it had to be classified for adults only.

Some religions have very strange rituals and being covered in the ashes of the dead must surely be one of the strangest. A fascinating image Sawsengee.
