Lunar Eclipse

By Scabaida
This is a short of the lunar eclipse of the 21st February 08 which will not be seen again until 2015. I stayed up till 0500 hrs, ready and waiting for the right moments, then clouds appeared from everywhere lol!! In the end I managed to take this shot inbetween one cloud rash and another. I would have liked to have been able to document this more extensively but I am glad I stayed up, it was such a beautiful sight.

Great shot. Next time, drop in over here. It was from 16:00 - 20:00, clear sky. Like the colour.

Lovely image and perseverance well rewarded. Most of us saw the cloud and gave up and went to bed! Also this is a rare shot; it seems very few people were able to capture this

Would have liked to see more Moon and less black space. It is still a very nice photo of the subject though.
Thankyou 4 sharing Smile
