Powerful imagery indeed, except now you've got me humming ruddy Boomtown Rats songs. Possibly more effective, certainly more subtle, without the large gash on the head?

I wouldnt say scary, i feel sorry for the little girl. Would make an excellent NSPCC advert.

really does grab your attention, the more you look at it the more unsettling it makes you. Great work that is more than just photography

A very high impact image! Those eyes (but obviously coupled with the SFX MU) project just why this would make such a good NSPCC poster advert. Wonder what the subject was thinking at the time to project that look.
