John's View

By ScottishHaggis
Hi All, today's offering is of John's View, I don't know a lot about John but he was a son of Beadnell from 1946 to 2010 and this was his favourite view, I'm guessing he had to bring his own seat with him as this one is dedicated to his memory. He was also a man with excellent taste in views.

Have a great day.

Hi Kenny, and welcome back......
Somehow we always drive a couple of miles further up the coast to Seahouses, never bothering to turn off into Beadnell. Driving northwards along the narrow and winding coast road the urge to keep the right foot down along the sudden wide straights becomes overwhelming. Must overcome the tendency one day SmileSmileSmile

Bill

This seems to be the fashion now a days, donating a seat when a loved one dies. We are lucky in North Berwick as we have about twenty or more donated seats all looking down on our West Beach and I think I have sat on every one of them! Great place to sit and look across the Firth of Forth towards Fife or the Bass Rock. Great!!
