It is indeed a lovely image, Dougie, and you have captured it so well. I also agree with your comment re. the white house, but also with 'Mudge's' in that is gives a sense of scale to the whole scene. The trees against the white mountain backdrop contrast but balance so well with the white house below the darker mountainside. Better stop prattling on!

Exquisite Dougie. The conditions were favourable but you had to compose the image and this is where the skill and seeing eye come in handy.
Stunning imagery again - the warm tones and the cold blues complement each other so well. Excellent.

An excellent composition, the house gives a hint of the scale these mountains are - huge, threatening sometimes, but always beautiful!

Btw. have you ever seen this image by Les Ellingham? Funny, isn't it?
