Lochan Ur...

By Scottishlandscapes
...sits under the bulk of Stob Duhb, the twin mountains at the left are Buachaille Etive Beag and Buachaille Etive Mor. The clouds were rushing in from 2 directions throwing their shadows across mountain and Loch, like a time lapse movie. Down by the Lochan a solitary Heron was looking for fish at the waters edge.

Super stuff Dougie. This captures the beauty of Glen Etive perfectly.

I would love to see this at full size hanging on a wall.

Cheers Paul, it certainly loses a lot in the compression and size for the web.
