Bleak House...

By Scottishlandscapes
...the weather changes very quickly on Rannoch Moor, it got even worse, two minutes later I was back in the car camera stowed and I couldn't see out the windscreen for driving rain. The Cottage and mountain vanished from sight.

Wonderfully dramatic shot of the moor. The white house and the dusting of snow fairly lighten the mood and the boulders give strength to a flat foreground. Love it!

May not get around to commenting often, but when I do I like to make it count! Pleasure to assist in the RC on this shot. One of the best I've seen of this popular location. Certainly deserves more attention.

All the best

I picked the wrong day to upload a black rock cottage with two HC winning shots already uploaded.

A great shot Doug and the proportions work well.

Congrats on the HC.
