The far distance is lost b/o the conditions and the waters seem to stretch away into infinity. Concentrating on the f/g in these conditions has worked out so well, Dougie.

The prominent boulder in a direct line to the Buachaille strongly suggests an upturned boat. A delicious evocation of mystery.

Lovely bit of landscape 'detail' !!........gorgeous detail in the grasses/reeds.....& it all looks soooooooo cold !!

Beautifully composed Dougie. The light on the foreground grass is the icing on the cake for me.
