Camas nan Geall...

...with Maclean's Nose on the left of the point running up into Torr na Moine. A small herd of Highland Cattle were enjoying the salty feed on the beach and a lie in the water.

Lovely shot, it's a wonderful spot, saw my first Scottish Golden Eagles over the ridge on the right! Geoff

Welcome back, Dougie!
I have long known that sheep feeding on salt meadows provide the tastiest mutton; I never knew that cattle had a taste for salt too.
Terrific composition, and wonderful tonal detail abounds.

Hope you've had a good break.
This is a nice return, clean and clear - also fascinating, I like the way the beach seems to have been laid down in folds.
