...with some warm light shining up the Glen on Cul Beag on the right & Stac Pollaidh in the bg shadow. This was before we went over to Lewis on our first day of the Amazing Journey, we didn't know just how good it was to be in the next few days.
2ximages stacked here.
Good morning Dougie,
What a great panorama with the Stac on the horizon, the loch just glimpsing out to you at its feet, Cul More proudly dominating the landscape with the first rays of the day on its back...
Ladmore Junction your point of view?

Endless landscape, wild, Doug. Ron.
Stunning - Jude.
Reminds me of those old Victorian paintings a bit.
Very powerfull shot this, the sky is perfect for the scene.
Nice sky, lovely light on the hillside
Nicely done Dougie!
Brillant shot Dougie, looking over your gallery makes me want to return to Scotland this year. I would love a winter visit but that would be difficult with wife etc. Excellent work. mf.
Big Landscape with some delicate colours in the sky.
Ilike the detail and shading in the large image Dougie.
A great sight with good light
Nice composition. I like the satisfyingly curved dip on the left, with a tiny sparkle of blue water and the peak beyond. Good warm peaty tones. Peat always starts me thinking whisky...
Not a bad thought Moira.
beautiful colours and a great scene, a person would never tire of viewing the changing light that dashes over Scotland.
This is beautifully captured
Cheers Guys & Gals.

Now this is a view to kill! An excellent shot,
Dougie. I can only imagine what this must be like to see in person.
