Well Dougie, I searched through all the comments and I can't find any reference as to where this is ..... Rannoch Moor perhaps? It certainly had me running for my woollie socks and thermal Great clarity and outstanding colours .... you are a great promoter of all that is beautiful in Scotland.

I hope we have this to look forward to this winter. Especially since I can enjoy it from a place that does not get snow!

We seem to quickly heading in that direction here too Patrick, I hope we see more snow this year, we don't need a blanket over the entire country.

The dales are nice but you've got some real majestic stuff to play with up there Dougie - that sky is special.

did you try a mono conversion of this? taking the blue channel down to about -10% will make those clouds look spooky as hell!
