Nice use of the path, the mist and the peeping peak.

Lovely - I used to drive past this hill on my way to the mountains but it never looked like this. Fantastic. David

The peak rising above the mist really makes this picture.
The larger version is stunning.
Very well done.

Like the way that the mist appears to sweep up the slope and merge with the clouds.

That sure is a handy wee lay-by Dougie. Great view.

Paul
Thanks to all the track is not of my doing but it is there to be used when a scene like this unfolds. I could'nt believe it as I crested the rise to see all that mist and a wee bit of the Beinn...to those from further afield Tyndrum is the gateway to the western highlands from Central Scotland, it sits in the fork in the road, left to Oban and right to Bridge of Orchy and Glencoe. Guess which fork I prefer???
All the best

Nice shot Dougie, I like the low lying mist and the Ben peeping out above it. You were there at the right time to catch this shot.
Well done.

For Clarence, it may help you to know that I work a 10 hour day mostly. It makes trips to places like this so much more valuable when they come round. I'm off to the Glen this morning with some snow and ice around but sun promised.

Beinn Dorain must be the home of misty phenomena, you have caught one splendidly here.
