Doug Another great shot, I just looked at the larger version and i think this would be mush better as a panoramic type image.

Try croping down just below the island and leave out the reflection.

These clouds are full of snow, which made the picture possible in the first place, so that would be non productive surely?

Hello Dougie, firstly my wife and I were so pleased to have met you yesterday, hope you had a fruitful day...this one of Black mount features well in its winter coat of snow and the reflection is a bonus that you would not have got today because of the ice...the clouds create a fine atmosphere. Good work.
