wonderful Dougie the scene is spectacular and in the large version enthralling with the light on the mountain and the shepherds cottage in the fore' I hope you didn't hinder anyone using the ' West Highland Way ' while composing the shot Smile

Thus proving that soft light can be used effectively in a landscape photo, provided you've got the right subject. The splash of sunlight on the Buchaille really lifts this. Congrats on the EC, Dougie, your second one was long overdue. Smile

Outstanding in mood. Fine control of exposure. The fore, mid and background layers all heve items of interest with the light on the Buchaille adding even more to the depth.
