Cold Green Water...

By Scottishlandscapes
...flying down the main channel at the Coupall Waterfall today on Rannoch Moor.

Met StrathB near the falls so look out for something from Paul here too I guess, he'd been up a mountain before I arrived.

Ditto - absolutely beautiful! Love those frozen falls.

Git rang me earlier from there, just after he met up with you... I was soooo jealous!

I was thinking about you when I was here Jeanie, thank god the rug wasn't there though.

Every mile well rewarded.

Nice work Dougie.

I think that -5 was as warm as it got today so you can see how a waterfall freezes up. I will hopefully have more time to chat when we meet again.

Look forward to that Paul.

Great shot of the wee waterfall in all its wintry glory. Just love the green icy coldness of it. Had to work today sadly or I would have been up there myself.

This is a beauty, Dougie, with the marshmallow snow and ice-blue water in the foreground contrasting so well with the sunlit peak.
