...a high tide floods the land at the top of Loch Torridon and provides the mirror I was hoping for. Torridon Village is across the Glen under the mountain.

The reflection is so crisp, Dougie: the small strip of homes are shown to be completely dwarfed by Liathach but help to appreciate size and scale in the scene.

Torridon is mainly Sandstone if I remember rightly ?? it all happened under the sea ?

Followed by massive upheavals from volcanic intrusions, or land-mass collisions ??

Would've been awesome to see, but glad I wasn't around at the time !!.WinkGrinGrin
