...this wall sticks out into Loch Venachar in the Trossachs, there'e the remains of what I take to be a boathouse beside it.
There's another image in this one you may recognise from my recent posts.
Yes, the complete mirror reflection of the house and woods on the other side of the loch. I like the lead in of this old fence. It's lovely to see these mirror like reflections.

Yes, I see it over the far side.
That reflection... honestly Dougie how do you do it, the weather simply stops moving when you're around! You are now The Mirror King.

Yes, the far side looks familiar...
I think I prefer this. I like the way that fence extends into the water. That's my territory and you're not getting in. Not unless you swim for it...

That water like a sheet of glass, but actually the reflection that I like the best is of the railings going down into the water - looks like arrowheads. Moira

I like the contrast between the hard stone and metal in the foreground and the softness of the vegetation and the distant shore Dougie. Once again there is beautiful light catching the far side of the loch.

Spotted that previous image immediately, Dougie. That had to be the shot with less being more here. This is, of course, a beautiful scene and composition but the impact was with your earlier upload.

The mirror king... oh aye, you are.
Sure I do recognize the other one on the other side of the loch.
Like the fence as a lead in - and you won't guess..... I like the reflections. Ha...

I like how the tips of the reeds are set against the darker part of the tree reflection, Dougie, and the scene, so nicely composed overall, is enhanced by the late afternoon side lighting.
