That beautiful bank makes me just want to lie there, listen to the river and gaze at that sky. Moira

All the natural lines on river bank and in the clouds carry the eye into the distance beyond the tree and makes one question what's round the bend: knowing the area quite well, I have a pretty good idea though, Dougie.
The large boulder in the river bed finishes off the composition very nicely.
Glad you managed to find a bit of sunlit countryside, quite an achievement this summer.
Ronnie.

Tales of the river-bank! Admirably tranquil atmosphere, too - I'm a little envious of that . . .

The way the river winds out of sight is inviting, draws the eye in. I do wish the split of the bottom edge wasn't so 50/50, that's my only quibble on a delightful scene.

Awwwww, what a pretty green sight! The tree is amazing, as are the wee fowers in the fg. Aye, the Dochart has lovely parts. Here it is so peaceful...
Still working in Michaela's flat... as a result of buying furniture at Ikea. Smile
