Hi Willie, Stephen and Focus man,

Thank you very much for your comments. I REALLY appreciated them. I don't seem to remember taking a landscape at Apr 4 before this. I have always used Apr 8 and upwards. I rushed on the beach and saw the colours in the sky and quickly set up the tripod .adjusted the ISO to 100, changed the lens to manual mode, checked the metering mode focussed on 1/3rd to get depth of field and forgot to check the aperture. This was my first photo of the day. I suppose we all do this once in a while. I took few more shots after that and I am submitting one today for appraisal from which you will notice that the apr is over 8. I am sorry to have wasted your time on that issue. Until Willie pointed it out I was not aware that I had taken that pic at apr4. Next time I know what to check !!. I quite agree with Focus Man about the composition and tried to move along the coast and could not find a spot where the stone could be at an angle as the tide was coming in.. I also agree with Stephen and not always like making water look milky although I have done it on few occasions .Thank you again for your informative comments.

By the way Willie, if you are Will Chung then you probably remember me when I came with you to Black Country museum. My name is Sharadkumar and I normally use Kumar as my name. Are we going to have any more field trips. Enjoyed that v much. Best wishes, Kumar
