Reflected in Time

By sherlob
Prague as seen from the banks of the cathedral side of the Charles Bridge. Given how manic the bridge is in terms of tourists and vendors, less than a 60sec walk to the river bank brought a sense of peace (if not quite a sense of solitude). Opted to use the Big Stopper here to smooth the water and strengthen the reflections of the buildings. I also hoped it might give a little more interest to what was a very bland sky. I pre-visualised the image in mono, and although this converts well the colour works better than expected (the mono may make an appearance at some point).

Have a great weekend,

Adam

A beautifully worked long exposure with silk like water.

Thanks for sharing Adam.
