Temporary Mirrors

By sherlob
Whilst in Cape Town last year I wanted to try and take a shot of the Apostles reflected in one of the sea pools - a shot that I've seen done before, but still one I wanted to try. This was the closest I came to the image I had visualised - the reflections present but not as complete or as perfect as I had hoped for, although the light was lovely. In this case I ventured away from a pool that didn't give the reflection I was after and went into the shallows. However, the sea wasn't as calm as I had thought and moments after this I was wiped out by an unexpected wave, only just managing to get the camera out of the way. Perhaps I'll get another chance when I revisit later in the year...

Have a great weekend.
