Helpful Hawk

By ShotfromaCanon
This fellow just would not co-operate for a simple sitting. I chased him from tree to tree and he would just keep burying himself in the branches rather that just sitting on top like so many I have seen. I took about 100 shots and only a few turned out decent because I had to manually focus freehand. That lens gets heavy after a while and a monopod wasn't useful.
I can tell he is still not yet full grown.
