Hail To The King

I seen a different version of this shot here on ephotozine so I added my twist to it. The glass chess board was resting on four small wooden legs and a small soft box (500watt bulb) was laying underneight it. Covering the soft box was a sheet of hard transparent dark blue plastic.

I'd love to take credit for the idea but it's been done before on ephotozine. I just added a different lighting idea to mine. The one I seen has regular light coming from above where I added the plastic to the lamp from below.
