    Hi Pablophotographer, regarding mono, no I don't think it would be good idea, in fact I think it would be terrible idea.
    This image intentionally been made in cinematic style and colours, by making it in mono it would loose all its intentions and would look boring.
    Cinematic style images also intentionally are framed as naturally possible, not as neat possible ( they not wedding photographs).
    Images are not only perfectly framed shots, you need to judge further than that, because there are many more factors to look at, as: photographic style, intention, story (if there is one), colours, frame, size etc.
    J.D. Salinger is one of my favorite writers....I think The Cather in the Rye is the book full of wisdom ...if you can understand what is written between the lines Wink.
