This is very, very good. Not sure I could suggest any improvements - perhaps the colour balance could be a little warmer?

That one stray hair across your nose and the loss of highlights due to the lighting or flash being to strong there are just detracting from the shot

I think the only real issue with the photo is the limitation that you have with it being a self portrait - you can't be the other side of the camera to pick up the minor points such as stray hairs. The one across the nose is the obvious one, but there are also some around you're right eye, and for a cleaner image, would also say those over your arm.

Again, on the cleaner image line, the edge of the tattoo in the bottom right corner is slighly distracting.

Would also have liked the blue strands in the hair which appear to be there to be more prominent, but overall a very good image and even more so for being a self portrait.
