Young Shag or is it a young Cormorant ?

I am very grateful.(all U/As thanked) Today I found this young Shag (I think that's what it is) sitting on an old RSJ across the Freshwater end of the river Yar. Hope you like.

hard to know the difference, Geoff, they both look same to me, but what do I know?! 😁 A cracking set, but have to go for both versions as my faves, they're superb 👍
