Off Track

4x4 fun in Skye!

Two images combined, a truck photographed in Uruguay and the Cuillin of skye. An unlikely combination but I was looking for a suitable landscape to show off this fabulous old wagon.
I wanted a feeling of Patagonia or Bolivia in the 1950's.

There is an unadulterated version of the landscape in my portfolio on page 4 'Slapin' and another of the truck on page 2 'Beef'.

Works for me Smile
If that truck actually lived on the shores of Loch Slapin I'd be straight up there with me night kit!
Especially like the colouring, tones and sky.

Although an unlikely combination in itself, you've certainly made a very convincing blend, here. Looks great - and I especially like the distortion on the truck.

The two images do make for one image that seems to work well, and the manipulation has been done very well

Really like the idea, the colours create such a bold contrast, the deep yellow and the blues.Top marks for the landscape that alone would be a fine image.

Cheers everybody, I never thought it would be so popular!

Christine + Conrad, I had great fun pulling the truck about. I am glad you say cartoon, that is precisely what I wanted..
