Had some super rain and storms this afternoon. Well, quite exciting. My road was a bit flooded but it didn't last long, just long enough to get some pics, taken through the closed window I might add. Smile The mound of earth in the foreground is next door's front garden which is being dug up to lay paving. The workmen are going to have to dig in mud now.

Messing with the Mirror

Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...
