I like documentary and street photography, but a bit of anything else on the side. I tend not to use Photoshop too much, just sticking to the basic adjustments, but sometimes break free to try something "arty".

Just a gripe about the extension going up next door. They've already extended the ground floor by 6 metres, now they're starting on a first floor addition and roof extending 4 meters. It'll be an eyesore from our garden. They haven't even got permission to have the extra storey yet, so they must be pretty sure it'll get the nod. Sad Nice neighbours. Looking forward to meeting them.

Messing with the Mirror

Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...
