An ex cherry blossom. They look rather pretty with or without petals. The cherries on our tree are just ripening but the tree's very old and the fruit doesn't taste so nice these days. And it's quite small. And the birds get most of the cherries. At least they don't go to waste.

Messing with the Mirror

Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...
