Our roads are full of unnecessary street furniture, painted lines, signs and mess. So, what do we need? - Obviously a large, ugly structure in the middle of our local roundabout. I've no idea what it's supposed to represent but a large bit of rusty metal is deemed by our esteemed council to enhance the area, and is obviously worth the money rather than wasting it filling in potholes and keeping fly-tipping to a minimum, etc. etc.

Messing with the Mirror

Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...
